Salient Features

Casting are stress relieved by vibration FORMULA 62 and in normalising oven. Tail stock, wheel & work spindles are heat treated to achieve dimensional stability. Assembly of precision bearings within dust free environment. Tailstock spindle acting in close tolerance & super finish bore. All rotating parts are dynamically balanced. Tale & wheel slide faced wih anti friction material TURCITE - B. In mechanical model, only cross slide faced with TURCITE - B. Independent lubrication system to the guideways of table and grinding wheel head.
