Salient Features |
|
SUMO
series of machine are designed and introduced in the market
keeping in mind the requirement of user for rigid and more
precise machine which can be used for production as well as
Tool Room - Work.
The SUMO series of machines have robust base structure and
have internationally accepted FIXED COLUMN design. The heavy
box type column casting with HONEY COMBED RIBBING is rigidly
clamped to heavy base casting. The spindle drive is coupled
type and effect of the belt tension on the job ground, is
avoided. The directly coupled type drive assures
positive power transmission, and achieve maximum possible
surface finish requirement.
The spindle Housing is supported in the column guideways for
the complete vertical movement and the guideways are fully
protected against ingress of dust or coolant water with latest
bellow. The spindle housing supports cartridge type spindle
unit is fitted with IMPORTED SUPER PRECISION BEARINGS grease
packed with IMPORTED GREASE to have long trouble free
service. |
