Salient Features |
|
Column, Bed and Saddle are heavily ribbed meehanite castings which
are fully stress relieved.
X,Y, and Z slideways and table surface are hardened
and ground.
Spindle is made from CR - MO alloy steel which is
properly heat and precision ground with a taper of ISO - 40
5 HP spindle motor.
Bed and Column are designed for high rigidity using
wide and long square sideways.
Turcite - B coated on X, Y slideways.
3 quill feeds with automatic stop.
One - shot lubrication device.
Power feed for X, Y axis (optional)
Z axis rapid lifting motor (optional)
Head can swivel 90 degrees right and left for Model 5
- BS / BV & 45 degrees for Model 6 - BS / BV |
