VARIABLE RAKE ANGLE HYDRAULIC SHEARS
 

Salient Features

- Sturdy welded frame is designed for maximum resistance to deflection.
- Moving Beam is over-driven, with two cylinders operating in series for even cutting.
- Mono block DC solenoid valve ensur a smooth reversal hydraulic system.
- Rake angle can be varied by preselection through a selector switch to permit shearing higher thickness than nominal capacity.
- Front operated, rake angle adjustment of 0.5 degree to 2.5 degrees allows the operator to set the optimum rake anc required to   
  produce the perfect cut wih minimum twist and bow.
- Top beam is guided by four point roller guides with replaceable hardened liners for least wear. This eliminates lubrication of guides.
- Quick & easy blade clearance setting calibrated levers.
- Individual hydraulic hold downs ensure perfect cutting.
- Shadow line indicator is useful for cutting on scribed lines.
- Safety finger guard allows the operator to safety cut the material close to the cutting edge.
- Precision and fast travel motorised back gauge with front readout is standard
