Salient Features

- Sturdy welded frame is designed for maximum resistance to deflection
- Torsion bar is designed for beam stability & parallelism
- Cylinder (Y1 & Y2) are manufactured from high quality steel and designed to maximum seal interfaces, load concentration and wear points
- High quality low friction pressure seals are used
- Front operated power adjustment depth setting. It is equipped by mechanical depth stops by precision gear box transmission.
- Precision mechanical stops provide repeatability of the beam movement to facilitate consistent bending results
- Manifold hydraulic block is designed with highly efficient valves to provide, low noise and smooth reversal system
- Selectors switch for foot, hand, auto, inch operation controls
- Ram is of one piece construction and is guided with long adjustable gibs, ground finished and fitted with non-metallic liners
- Bed is of welded construction with precisely hand scrapped table top surface
- Piston rods are hard chromed and grounded for smooth and trouble free performance
- Three speed bending operation includes last free fall, stable bending and rapid return to facilitate good production cycle times
- Simple switch point control of ram front free fall to bending speed is adjustable
- Adjustable tonnage control with readout from Zero to full tonnage enables operator to set the required tonnage
- Holding time of Zero to five seconds allows better bending results

NC-Axis Controlled Back Gauges:

Equipped with controller and encoder. The go to controller is simple to set & operate. Back gauge can be programmed to repeated one fixed position for high production. Next position can be reset for different position.

NC Controller - 'X' &'Y' Axis :

Equipped with controller, encoder & servo drive. NC ram stroke & back gauge option on the machine greatly increases versatility of the machine
