FRAME & BOLSTER
HIGHLY RIGID FRAME & WIDE POINT SPACING
The highly rigid frame, slide & bolster hold the frame gap opening, frame elongation & bed deflection to the absolute minimum.
The wide point spacing enables these presses to withstand eccentric loads.

6 - POINT GIBS
THE MECHANISM THAT ENSURES HIGH PRECISION
The high quality power shaft is employed to give outstanding torsional rigidity. Long 6 point gibs, ensure that accuracy is maintained for a very long time. Die life is also greatly extended.

CLUTCH & BRAKE :
The single disc clutch & brake maintains correct heat balance. A high torque level and outstanding inching performance are assured

HYDRAULIC OVERLOAD PROTECTOR (OPTIONAL)
Prevents damage to the press & dies. If the rated load is exceeded, the press stops automatically to prevent damage to the press or dies. Since the hydraulic pressure can be released easily, operations can resumed smoothly even if jamming occurs.

SLIDE ADJUSTER
Easy to use motorised slide adjustment with digital display is provided as standard on SX-160, 200, 250, 315 & 400 models. The die height is displayed in units of 0.01 mm for precise slide adjustment
